I have to be honest that I don&#039;t have very much experience with vegan cooking, but most of the vegan waffle recipes I&#039;m looking at simply leave the eggs out without replacing them. I would also suggest reducing the applesauce, probably by at least half. Make sure the oatmeal you use is pretty thick also, not too wet or runny. Hoping this helps! These waffles really are a dream. I have leftover pumpkin oatmeal that I plan on turning into waffles this weekend, I&#039;ll try them without eggs and report back!]]></description>
